Career Planning For Postdoctoral Candidates

The workshop focuses on developing various professional career pathways leading to a well-orchestrated career development plan. It is based on biographical profiles that will highlight and evaluate all the individual qualifications, skills and job visions. The participants will follow different occupational alternatives – academic and/or non-academic opportunities. They also get information about formal and hidden requirements inside various areas of work. On the 2nd day a round table talk with experienced professionals from different backgrounds will add further insights gained in long-term work experience.
